ALPHA+
Shawn and Tina Kang acquired Luna Rossa late 2019 and since then raced their TP52, renamed Alpha+, from its home port Hong Kong. They started racing big boats owning a Beneteau cruiser-racer, their next step was a custom build Ker 46. Beginning of 2023 Alpha+ was shipped to Barcelona to participate in the 2023 52 Super Series. Some of the core members of the Alpha+ team started out on the Beneteau and have over the years progressed to this new challenge supported by professional sailors like their team manager Steve Trebitsch, Paul Westlake, Craig Monk, Simon Daubney, Leonard Takahashi and Zach Hurst.
